About the Role

AI is core to how Bitara builds intelligent infrastructure across finance and Web3. As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll build and deploy machine-learning models and agentic AI workflows, owning the full lifecycle from data pipelines to production inference and monitoring.

You'll turn frontier research into reliable systems, whether that's risk models, on-chain analytics, or autonomous agents. This role suits engineers who love shipping ML that works in production, not just in notebooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, train, and deploy machine-learning models into production
  • Design agentic AI workflows and LLM-powered systems
  • Develop robust data pipelines for training and inference
  • Own model serving, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to integrate AI into real products
  • Ensure models are reliable, performant, and cost-efficient at scale

Requirements

  • 3+ years building and deploying ML systems in production
  • Strong Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or applied ML
  • Solid understanding of data pipelines, MLOps, and model monitoring
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into working ML solutions
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RAG, fine-tuning, or multi-agent systems
  • Familiarity with on-chain data, fraud/risk modeling, or fintech ML
  • Contributions to open-source ML tooling or research
