About the Role

Bitara's growth is powered by the right partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you'll drive relationships with exchanges, institutions, and Web3 ecosystems, building the pipeline that fuels our international expansion.

You'll operate as a trusted, credible presence in the industry, understanding technical products deeply enough to sell them to sophisticated partners. This role is for closers who can navigate both boardrooms and Discord servers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with exchanges, institutions, and Web3 ecosystems
  • Develop and own a pipeline that drives international expansion
  • Identify, structure, and close strategic deals
  • Represent Bitara at industry events and in partner conversations
  • Work with product and leadership to align partnerships with strategy
  • Track market trends and surface new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in business development or partnerships, ideally in crypto or fintech
  • Strong network across Web3, exchanges, or institutional finance
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing strategic deals
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical products credibly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, global environment

Nice to Have

  • Existing relationships across Web3 or institutional ecosystems
  • Experience with token, infrastructure, or B2B fintech deals
  • Multilingual or cross-market experience
