Lok Jing Lau is a Kuala Lumpur–based Web3 developer who believes that writing secure, simple code matters more than feature-heavy, library-dependent designs. He writes modular, gas-optimised smart contracts in Solidity and actively participates in competitive security audits.
He architected a cross-exchange quantitative trading strategy in Node.js and TypeScript that monitors price discrepancies across decentralised exchanges and executes profitable trades automatically, with a React dashboard for real-time performance, trade history, and P&L tracking. The system integrates REST and WebSocket feeds, handles cross-chain bridging, balance querying, and transaction submission via ethers.js, and runs on a dedicated blockchain node that cut on-chain query latency to ~100ms.
In security, he has taken part in live competitive audits — discovering medium-severity vulnerabilities using Slither, Foundry fuzzing, and manual review — and has audited well-known protocols including Uniswap V3.
