About the Role

Great design makes complex systems feel simple, and Bitara's products demand exactly that. As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you'll design intuitive, beautiful interfaces for sophisticated Web3 and financial products, owning the journey from research and wireframes to polished, production-ready UI.

You'll turn dense, technical workflows into experiences people trust and enjoy. This role is for designers who sweat the details and love making the complicated feel obvious.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, beautiful interfaces for Web3 and financial products
  • Own the full design process from research and wireframes to polished UI
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
  • Prototype and iterate with fast feedback loops
  • Partner closely with engineering to ship pixel-accurate experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years in product design with a strong UI/UX portfolio
  • Mastery of modern design tools like Figma
  • Ability to simplify complex, data-dense workflows into clear interfaces
  • Experience with design systems and component-based design
  • Strong grasp of interaction design, accessibility, and usability
  • Collaborative approach with engineering and product partners

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for Web3, fintech, or data-heavy products
  • Motion design or prototyping skills
  • Basic understanding of frontend implementation
